A private chef, or personal chef, is someone who is hired to prepare meals in the clients' home kitchen. They can work full time cooking for a single family, or cook for a single event.

After booking, I take my clients through a brief phone consultation where we discuss details of their event, food preferences and allergies. From there I prepare custom menus for them to choose from based on their individual food preferences. I shop and prep before I arrive so their kitchen stays immaculate and organized. Depending on the size of the event I might require the client hire a server or someone to help me clean. I provide them with personalized dining experiences using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and cooking from the heart.
