“We hired Robin for a private dinner party and the food was AMAZING!!! She arrived on time, prepared and plated our food so nicely. We were pleasantly surprised with the outcome of the meal as this was our first time hiring a private chef! Robin was a joy to work with and was such a sweet person! I highly reccomend her services and we will book her again on our next stay on the Hampton’s!! We had everything from Truffle Pizza, Bruchetta, Steak, almond crusted bass, roasted potatoes, linguini to chocolate mousse cake! Superb!”

“I hired Chef Robyn to create and prepare a menu for my wife’s surprise 50th birthday dinner. Chef Robyn worked with me to create the menu and wine pairing and even used some of the wine we were serving to create a sauce for one of the courses. Chef Robyn shows up on time, actually early, and there are no surprises to be had. She makes you aware well in advance of what she requires of the host with regards to place settings, glasses, etc. she arrives with an assistant to serve the food, pour wine and in our case mix some drinks as well. Of course, the core of any dinner party is the food and Chef Robyn delivers this in spades. Making use of local ingredients for all 6 courses, everyone was was more than pleased with each course and she really managed to showcase everything local food can be. This was top quality cuisine created by a chef using ingredients less than an hour from where I live. And when all is said and done, all dishes, glasses, pots, pans and utensils are cleaned and put away. On top of all this, her fee is extremely reasonable. I’ve paid more money in restaurants and gotten no where near the quality of food provided to us that evening by Chef Robyn. I can highly recommend her. If anyone wants to reach out for details of the dinner, I’d be happy to discuss them. We will be doing business with Chef Robyn again.”

“My experience with Robyn's catering was amazing! We were staying in a small house in Sag Harbor that had a little kitchen and very little cookware/table setting materials and she someone managed to make it work! She brought over the majority of the food already prepared and a beautiful tablecloth, dishes, vases and napkins for 10 people. We dined al fresco and had the BEST TIME! It's so nice and relaxing to enjoy time with your friends without having to worry about what's going on in the kitchen and clean up. 
For dinner we had:
Appetizers:
-Lox spread in cucumber cups
-Whipped goat cheese with fresh thyme crostini
-Crudite rollatini with beet hummus
Dinner:
-Shaved broccoli salad, arugula, pomegranate and sherry vinaigrette
-Handmade lemon ricotta ravioli (lemony greatness that I'm going to be dreaming about)
-Local white fish with fresh herb pesto (this was actually the best fish and pesto sauce I've had in my life)
-Marinated teres major (absolutely fantastic with a perfect pink center)
-Seasonal vegetable saute
Dessert:
-Chocolate mousse, vanilla bean whipped cream

Robyn's demeanor was humble and very chill which we all appreciated and needed after drinking quite a bit of wine! I would recommend her to anyone looking for great food and a relaxing time!”

“I was searching for a chef to cater a dinner party / bachelorette and came across Robyn's site. Once connected I could tell that she would be the perfect fit. Robyn is incredibly professional and truly makes you feel like your meal is her number one priority. She worked with me to create a menu that would work for all guests, including one who was lactose intolerant / vegetarian. Upon arrival she went right to work and although multitasking kept the kitchen calm and inviting. We enjoyed watching her make fresh pasta while creating 4 additional recipes with ease. She has a lovely disposition and a passion for food that shines through.

Now let's talk about the food. First off, each dish complimented each other. The ingredients were so fresh and pure that you could truly taste them all coming together with each bite. Nothing was swimming in sauce or overly salty - truly perfect. The homemade pasta reminded me of Italy and she made sure everything she uses is seasonal. The braised short ribs melted in your mouth. Ever been to a dinner party where everyone becomes incredibly quiet because the food is that good? It happened! We finished the night off with a vegan chocolate pie that left the group asking for the recipe. While we were enjoying everything, Robyn cleaned the kitchen and left it spotless. 

Everyone was floored by her food and I can honestly say it was talked about the entire time and will be for years to come. I feel thankful I found such a quality chef. I am looking for reasons to book her this summer!”
